Suitability: Waking up in a sexy fantasy land would at first be quite alarmed, mostly concerning with how he woke up in such a place. However, upon realization of his new home and the debauchery to be found within it, he would take to it like a duck to water and consume like a hobo to a ham sandwich. He would probably complain about his living conditions and the lack of any modern accommodations, but for the sake of sex and alcohol and no judgmental faces while he consumes, he can adapt very, very easily.

What is neglected in the wiki is Rudy’s history with his other personalities. Before the Storm that enabled him to separate the different aspects of himself, Rudy would sometimes have violent outbursts and have prolonged obsessions with certain girls, though some of his more violent inclinations toward them might have been suppressed by having to share his body with the other two aspects of his personality.

Personality: In the show, Rudy has three very distinct personalities, each with their own wants and goals. These will be divided below.

By default, Rudy is generally a man who thrives on mayhem and having fun. At his core, he lavishes in debauchery, sex, and drugs, preferring simple pleasures and immediate gratification to hard work and a far-off payoff. He is fast and fiercely loyal to his friends, especially if they’re the type who put up with the constant foul remarks he makes for laughs or his general un-thought-through shenanigans. If one of his friends has been hurt or slighted, he will be among the first to try and get “justice” for them, even if the person who did the slighting is out of his weight class. Usually, he’s quite lazy, but not really clever enough to actually coerce his way out of any work, preferring just to half-ass it and leave the rest for someone else to finish. He’s quick to roll with just about anything, especially changing plans, and rarely asks “why” so much as, “is this what we’re doing now?”, but hardly ever will any of the plans actually be his, as he prefers to let other people do the thinking and dealing with minutia for him.

Rudy Too Is one of Rudy’s more subdued personalities, often concerning himself with worrying and fretting over past mistakes and other peoples’ opinions of him. He’s Rudy’s more insecure side and his depression, the physical embodiment of all of the things he’d rather not concern himself with when it comes to letting loose and bottling them all up into Rudy Too. He has no shame in bringing up emotional problems to Rudy, preferring to want to work through them, but generally ends up just wallowing in the suffering his mistakes have brought on him instead. This aspect of his personality is generally seen as more sweet, often thinking of others and working as hard as he can to make people like him.

Rudy Three is a quietly intense aspect of Rudy. While Rudy is rude in a playful way, Rudy Three can be deliberately mean and hurtful when someone tries his patience, of which he has precious little of. Rudy generally likes to be honest and shameless, but it is Rudy Three who abhors liars and betrayal more than either of his other two sides and absolutely will not tolerate being lied to, retaliating with brutal force, once having torn a man’s ear off and breaking his nose. He has strong desires to cause harm on people, and even kill someone, though it is not something he has ever acted upon. Contrary to his other personalities, Rudy Three does not like close relationships, after having been betrayed by Alisha, and watching how other people let themselves get hurt by the people closest to them, he would prefer to be self-reliant. Rudy Three also displays strong obsessions with people, particularly women he fancies. He will violently defend their honor if need be, but only in cases that would offend his sensibilities.

The three Rudys don’t always get along, but over the years, they have learned to cohabitate in a way that makes life mostly bearable. Rudy is generally considered to be the default Rudy, the other two not really surfacing unless there is some strong emotional shift or trauma that might cause one of the other two to surface.

Abilities/Weaknesses: In Misfits, Rudy has the power to physically separate his different personalities and have them manifest into a whole entire person. Other than this power, he has no notable abilities. The only real weakness he tends to have is his tender heart, but that’s only an emotional one.

Rudy couldn’t imagine himself in a better place. Sure, the nights were a little cold, what with no real heating units or anything of the sort, but mostly, he was happy that his particular brand of having fun was highly encouraged in this environment. Free-flowing ale, sexually liberated ladies with seemingly not a single prudish fibre in their bodies, enchanted sweets, and he was even given a place to live! This was much better than Wertham by miles. Rudy honestly wasn’t much looking forward to having to forage or, god forbid, make his own food, but a wily lad such as himself never found himself without company for long, and more often than not, his company usually had food, or was happy to feed him in the morning. He had no shame in being a leech, after all, and sometimes, finding his way into the bed of a generous young lady came with its own brand of adventure.

He found himself walking along the dusty streets of the marketplace, watching the people as they did their shopping and admiring the boisterous vendors selling various naughty devices or phallic-shaped foods. This was the sort of community that Rudy could get used to. No scandalised mothers covering their children’s eyes and shuffling them away (except for the crazy loincloth-wearing old man shouting about demons and the end of days near the town centre). Between stalls, a glittering something on the ground caught his eye, and after looking this way and that, he reached a long arm out and scooped the dusty thing off the ground.

Cleavage as far as the eye could see, people freely asking for sexual favours and encounters, debauchery around every corner, and now he was finding money. Maybe the dust and uncomfortable bed would be worth it if he continued having luck this spectacular in this strange and delightful place.
